“ Nice hotel, great service. Stayed here for one night, party of 3. The room was a little dated but clean and fairly spacious. We had views of the Gilgit fort. The woodwork throughout the hotel is beautiful. The lobby is big and has a nice atmosphere. The staff is incredibly polite, nice and helpful. Upon arrival we were presented with tea and a bowl of freshly picked cherries from the garden. The breakfast buffet was nice, the highlight being an omelette bar. The views of the restaurant over the Hunza valley are incredible. We did walk into the luxury Serena hotel across the street as well: looks amazing, but about twice the price of the Darbar, so we were happy with our choice. ”
